The cookbook is a collection of over 390 new favorite recipes from Tami’s kitchen, family, friends and the honey industry. Little Bit is a play on words, where over half of the recipes in this cookbook include HONEY as an ingredient.
Tami was a Volunteer Field Editor, later to become a Community Cook, with the Taste of Home Magazine (TOH) from the mid-2000’s to 2024. Many of her recipes can be found in back issues of the magazine, and many cookbooks in print today, as well as on the Taste of Home website. In addition to having her recipes printed in the TOH magazine, you will find a few in the Nebraska Life Magazine as well. In the cookbook you will also find an introduction to Cook & Beals, Inc., helpful hints, honey facts, and how to substitute honey in your own recipes, as well as pantry basics.
